Margreet Eijkelenboom

Margreet Eijkelenboom

M. (Margreet) Eijkelenboom has worked as a lawyer since March 1993. After graduating from the University of Leiden, where she majored in English, she studied Dutch law at Erasmus University in Rotterdam and graduated in December 1992. She first worked at Houthoff Buruma (then Houthoff van Heycop ten Ham), where she specialized in liability and insurance law. In April 2006 she joined the firm of Stadermann Luiten Advocaten, where she became a partner on 1 January 2010.

Margreet Eijkelenboom graduated cum laude from the Grotius programme on Personal Injury. She also handles various cases in the area of liability law (including traffic liability, employer’s liability, medical liability, professional liability and liability for cable or conduit damage) and insurance law.

Margreet Eijkelenboom is a regular speaker and teacher in the area of (new) insurance and liability law. She is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (LSA) and the Association for Insurance Studies.
