Both liability law and insurance law often involve legal proceedings. Our lawyers are therefore specialized in settling disputes in both civil proceedings and through arbitration.
Fields of law
Our firm is active in the areas of liability and insurance law. Because these special areas involve a wide experience in procedural law, we also give procedural advice and we litigate – if in keeping with our practice – disputes involving, for example, contracts.
Research Office
The Research Office keeps track of relevant developments in the legal system and in literature and ensures that the firm’s know-how system is up to date. The Research Office also offers extra support to lawyers dealing with complex cases.
Educational Institute
The Netherlands Bar Association requires every lawyer to earn a certain number of educational points each year. These points can be earned by attending seminars and courses.
